You think you've escaped and found yourself in the prison precinct, you leave there, and another precinct, as if life is a zone of infinite rings of a prison.
Every time you discover it you interpret the sensation of being outside one enclosure before you discover that you are again inside another enclosure, as an illusion, as a hallucination.
The guards are waiting for you to stop escaping from one ring to another prison ring, they have even warned you, they have revealed this bitter truth to you.
But don't stop, one enclosure is the last one, don't stop, break all the doors, jump over all the fences, somewhere there is an open space to gallop madly, without prisons, cells and successive enclosures.

Φανουρόπιτες..

 

Του αγίου Φανουρίου σήμερα, μέρα για συνταγματικές φανουρόπιτες.
Δεν έχουν φλουρί μέσα, αλλά τις μυστικές υπηρεσίες.

Ο Ευ.Βενιζέλος έληξε την «συζήτηση» περί συνταγματικότητας κ.λπ, και μπορώ να τον εμπιστευτώ ως προς την αντικειμενικότητα του, πέρα από τα επιστημονικά εχέγγυα κ.λπ.

Άνθρωπος που έχει στοχοποιηθεί από τον ΣΥΡΙΖΑ δεν νομίζω να είπε ό,τι είπε στα πλαίσια κάποιας «φιλο-ΣΥΡΙΖΑ» στροφής.

Το έχουμε βέβαια το μικρόβιο, τής πολιτικής και τής ταπεινότερης μορφής της, τής (καφενοβιακής) σεναριολογίας, οπότε δεν μπορούμε να το αποκλείσουμε και αυτό το ενδεχόμενο, αλλά μπα..λες;..μπα. 

Η εκτροπή ΝΔ-Μητσοτάκη ήταν καραμπινάτη, και όχι «τυχαία». Περιμένω από τον Βενιζέλο να πει κάτι παραπάνω για αυτό το «μη-τυχαίο». 

Κάτι είπε για το πρωθυπουργο-κεντρικό και συγκεντρωτικό σύστημα στις πρώτες δηλώσεις του, αλλά έμεινε κι αυτό αιωρούμενο.

Ο Ευάγγελος Βενιζέλος σε δήλωσή του:

«Ο κ. Μητσοτάκης θέλησε να μεταφέρει στη Βουλή με την τριτολογία του την άποψη που ανέπτυξε με άρθρο του στις 9/8 ο υπουργός Επικρατείας καθηγητής Γ. Γεραπετρίτης, σύμφωνα με την οποία δεν ισχύει το Σύνταγμα απευθείας αν δεν επαναλάβει τη σχετική ρύθμιση ο εκτελεστικός νόμος.

Κατά την πρωτοφανή αυτή άποψη που ανατρέπει την ιεραρχία των κανόνων δικαίου και υπονομεύει την κανονιστική υπόσταση του Συντάγματος, δεν ισχύει ούτε η βουλευτική ασυλία, ούτε το ειδικό καθεστώς της ευθύνης υπουργών, ούτε η συνταγματική ρύθμιση για την ευθύνη του Προέδρου της Δημοκρατίας, επειδή ο νόμος 2225/1994, όπως τροποποιήθηκε πολλές φορές μέχρι σήμερα, δεν αναφέρεται ρητά σε αυτές τις ειδικές συνταγματικές προβλέψεις. Αυτό δεν το κάνει ο νόμος γιατί δεν χρειάζεται.

Αυτό που διδάσκει η επιστήμη του Συνταγματικού Δικαίου και είναι αντιληπτό ως αυτονόητο από κάθε νομικό είναι η υποχρέωση ερμηνείας του νόμου σύμφωνα με το Σύνταγμα και όχι η ερμηνεία του Συντάγματος σύμφωνα με το νόμο.

Αν ο κ. Μητσοτάκης θέλει όντως κάποια θεσμική συναίνεση για την υπέρβαση του νοσηρού κλίματος πρέπει να σέβεται τους στοιχειώδεις κανόνες ερμηνείας του Συντάγματος.

Αλλιώς δεν θα μπορέσει να βρει νομικό θεμέλιο για μια ρύθμιση που θα εφαρμόζει το Σύνταγμα και θα του επιτρέψει να αποσείσει την κατηγορία ότι όλα τα πολιτικά πρόσωπα τελούν υπό την απειλή δήθεν νομότυπης «επισύνδεσης» στις τηλεφωνικές τους συνομιλίες».

Τι θέλεις και μπλέκεις σε ξένες υποθέσεις;

Ούτε στο Σύνταγμα «πιστεύω» ούτε θα λύσω το ιδεολογικο-μεταφραστικό φιλοσοφικό πρόβλημα στις ελληνικές εγελιανές σπουδές (καρα-άσχετα μεταξύ τους τα θέματα τούτα), αλλά την μύτη μου την χώνω.

Απαγορεύεται; όχι.

Εξάλλου όλοι έχουν μια γνώμη όπως όλοι έχουν και μια..μύτη, την οποία την χώνουν όπου θέλουν, δημοκρατία έχομε, ελευθερία έχομε, και μύτη έχομε.

Δώσαμε δώσαμε, ευχαριστούμε δεν θα πάρουμε (δεν κολλάει, αλλά κάπως κολλάει).

Λοιπόν, έχομε και λέμε: το Geist στα νέα ελληνικά είναι το ίδιο κοντά με τον «Νού» και με το «Πνεύμα». 

Προτιμώ το «Πνεύμα», διότι α) ο Τζωρτζόπουλος είναι φίλος μου, άρα είμαι με τον φίλο μου, β) ο [όρος] «Νους» στρέφει το νόημα ως μεταφρασμένο σε έναν συγκεκριμένο τύπο ορθολογισμού που είναι κάπως έτερος προς τον εγελιανό ορθολογισμό, ο οποίος είναι κι αυτός προβληματικός ως ορθολογισμός, θαρρώ. 

Παρά ταύτα υπάρχει θέμα με τις θεολογικές συμπαραδηλώσεις που φέρει στα νέα ελληνικά ο όρος «Πνεύμα», οι οποίες δεν είναι τόσο «βαριές» όσο λένε οι Φαρακλικοί κ.λπ, αλλά έχουν ένα ισχυρό δίκιο. 

Επίσης, για να ενισχύσω τους φαρακλικούς, επισημαίνω την αρχαία χρήση τού (όρου) «Νου» που κολλάει, για διάφορους λόγους κ.λπ.

Στα αγγλικά το Geist είναι όντως πιο κοντά στο Mind, και όχι στο Spirit, το οποίο έχει πολύ κακή θεολογική, ακόμα και αποκρυφιστική, χρήση.

Πρόταση στα νέα ελληνικά: Geist=Πνεύμα (Νους). Συμβιβαστική πρόταση, για προσωπική χρήση..

Ok λοιπόν, ωραία κουβέντα, αλλά εγώ δεν θα περιμένω, έχομε και μη δουλειές, με φούντες, και κωλοπιλάλες, βιοτικές αλλά και φιλοσοφοειδείς, αν μου επιτρέπεται, και συγγνώμη κύριοι φιλόσοφοι. Όταν καταλήξετε, ειδοποιήστε μας.

Για το Σύνταγμα; (το άλλο θέμα που χώσαμε μύτη).

Συγνώμη, λάθος, αδιαφορώ για το Σύνταγμα και για κάθε Σύνταγμα (ως έννοια, και ως πρακτική), άρα ως φύσει εκτροπικός σε αυτό το πεδίο, δεν δικαιούμαι να ομιλώ. 

Ο δημοκρατισμός που μπορώ να επικαλεστώ, και το ελευθεριακό κανονιστικό πλαίσιο του, είναι αλλουνού παπά ευαγγέλιο, άρα γράψτε λάθος.

Προσωπική σημείωση:

Μια ανόητη ίσως, αλλά «συγκεκριμένη» ερώτηση, είναι: «είσθε μαρξιστής;».

Απαντώ, με σαφήνεια «ναι-και-όχι, ναι, μάλλον όχι, ίσως, μπα..ρωτήστε τούς μαρξιστές αρμοδίους, οι οποίοι με έχουν αποκλείσει από αυτή την ιδιότητα, αρμοδίως πάντα, και με την συναίνεση τού αγίου μαρξιστικού εκκλησιάσματος»

Μια άλλη, πιο πονηρή ερώτηση, με αφορμή την σημερινή επετειακή εγελιανή ημέρα, είναι:

Απαντώ με την πρέπουσα νομίζω ασάφεια και μακρηγορία, πρέπουσα για την περίσταση:

«Καταρχάς, παρά τις επίμονες προσπάθειες μου δεν κατανοώ εις μερικά εγελο-κείμενα Χριστό και Αλλάχ, μη σου πω και Βούδα. 

Πάνω που νόμιζα ότι κάτι είχα καταλάβει, ήρθαν οι Έλληνες φιλοσοφο-μεταφραστές ή μεταφραστο-φιλόσοφοι να με μπερδέψουν ξανά: Πνεύμα το Geist ή Νους; 

Η δική μου άποψη ασήμαντη, άσε που δεν λέει τώρα στα 55 να μπλέξεις με τέτοια σινάφια, μεταφραστές και (επαγγελματίες, κανονικούς) φιλοσόφους, ιδίως εν Ελλάδι.

Εξάλλου όταν αποφάσισα να γίνω σοβαρό παιδί, ζητώντας από έναν από αυτούς να με μυήσει στα μυστικά τού «απόλυτου πνεύματος-ή-Νου», αυτός, ορθώς, μου έθεσε ως όρο να διαβάσω όσο μπορώ Καντ, και ειδικά την Κ.Κ.Λ, στην οποία κόλλησα έκτοτε, άσχετα αν τελικά την κατανοώ επαρκώς, και δεν θέλω να πάω, ξανά, κατά Έγελο μεριά «εις βάθος», πέρα από το διάβασμα γενικά, ειδικά των πρώτων σελίδων τής Ε.τ.Λ, που άντε και εκεί να βγάλεις άκρη, ακόμα και κάποια γερμανικά να ξέρεις. Αυτός ο εξαίρετος φιλόσοφος που με μύησε τρόπον τινά, σαν να είχε την υποχρέωση, που δεν την είχε (και τον ευχαριστώ πολύ), κάποια στιγμή μού έκοψε και την καλημέρα, την λίγη εξάλλου, άγνωστο γιατί, οπότε; τι να σας πω».

Narrative from the industrial working class in Greece.

Yesterday my father met with an old colleague of his. They worked together in the metal industry, my father as a sheet metal welder and his friend as an electrician.

What did his friend say to my father?

That of their (approximately) 150 fellow workers, only these two survived past the age of 65.

My father because he was fired relatively early, and his electrician friend because as an electrician he worked inside a protective canopy.

The rest almost all died of cancer because the metal shavings entered their respiratory system and caused cancer. 

Back then there were no strong health and safety measures for workers (and now there is a problem, somewhat less so).

Why was my father fired, then, in 1970?

As he has told me, one day they had received a visit from the boss and his son. 

The foreman had told the workers that "when the bosses come, you will stand up".

Then my father turned to his dick, saying to him:

"Did you hear? when the boss comes, you'll stand up."

The lust for the new imperialist world-pole that is about to emerge, a lust that is masked with the theories of a multipolar world, a lust that is also an official ideological lust of the eastern new imperialists themselves, is absolutely dead-end, meaningless, stupid and ultimately shows the quality of the new left. 

A bunch of idiots who objectively become tails of the extreme right through their delusional stupidity that passes through the necessary station of conscious or indirect-unconscious pro-Russian or pro-Eastern western anti-Westernism. 

The far-right of the West is now an open fifth column of the new fascist East, but they objectively have more possibilities to implement their geopolitical alliance because they have a deep affinity with this new phenomenon.

Again for northern Syria.

The new alliance of the PKK with the forces of Assad (we assume with an agreement between Russia and Iran), is happening at the same time as the Assad-Turkey agreement. 

That is, Assad (and also Russia and Iran) wins a guarantee of compromise with Turkey while Turkey sells its jihadist allies in the bazaar but also more broadly sells Assad's opponents as meat to the butcher, at the same time that Assad uses the PKK to put pressure on them as well as the Turks, at the same time that it is preparing to sell the PKK to the Turks in the future.

The anti-Assad people are killing PKK members and PKK members are killing anti-Assad people. 

O peoples of Syria, what foolish tool you have become because of your narrow-minded ethnic conflicts.

I have played the PKK supporter game (also) in northern Syria, as a Greek so as a (semi) Western supporter observer and solidarity, I do not regret it, but this shame today, of all non-Assad Syrians and their Western supporters, supporters observers solidarity, I don't like it, it angers me, it saddens me, it leaves me speechless. War within the people, mutual accusations, all correct, shame on everyone, especially on the supporters from the west.

Draft Critique of Neo-Marxism/Post-Marxism. 

The general theoretical framework of Marxism was handed down to us through Karl Marx's "Introduction to the Critique of Political Economy." The basic concepts that make up this scheme, such as "productive forces, productive relations, base and superstructure" etc., are subject to the basic ontological division "base-superstructure", where the productive factor and main is the (economic) base and the produced and secondary is the superstructure (ideas, legal forms, state, institutions, etc.). 

This supposed ontological division has been exhaustively criticized by both Marxist-neo-Marxists and anti-Marxists. 

A criticism that is largely apt and sometimes subversive, in order to either destroy or complement Marxism. But let's look at a bad version of this criticism within the left and anarchism. 

The old Marxist scheme may have contained a dogmatic reductionism in relation to a basic single cause and its many manifestations presented as the many effects of that one cause, but the new post-Marxist/neo-Marxist scheme replaces this metaphysical proto-Marxist division with a holistic form that ultimately suffers from a more intolerable and dogmatic monism. 

The "many" causes of the neo-leftists, as "causes" that explain the ontological reason why a class-dominant system exists or does not exist, merge into a complex whole-One (Eν), which, however, as an One (Εν), constitutes primarily an object that is judged with a moralistic sectarian indictment by an ideological tribunal. 

Nothing remains separate as a structure, everything is unified in a ontological monistic multiplicity, in which is "Evil", and in the end there is a complete impossibility of any analytical or moral judgment. The older Marxist scheme as we traced it initially was more apt and through its dogmatism provided the possibility to better understand a concept of multiplicity and freedom.

To support a hypothesis we brought a first example from the Marxist tradition.

He practices a kind of ''Whatabοutism'', too, although he has criticized this "heterodetermination" in relation to Ukrainian.

There, in this matter (Ukrainian issue), he knew how to criticize ''Whataboutism'', because the "Russian enemy" "appeared" in the picture, and he was right.

But now that political Islam appears in the picture, he forgot (fraudulent or unconsciously) his criticism of "heterodetermination" and practices ''Whataboutism'', citing the example of a writer's murder by the Israelis.

The sophistry upsets you, not because it is sophistry, thus a violation of Reason, but because it reveals the gaps in your own, apparently coherent, argument, but also (it upsets you, because it reveals) the possibility that your own Reason as a whole, as an edifice, to has hidden sophistic underpinnings.
